Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer the following shipping options for Canadian orders:
- Expedited Shipping (3–6 business days)
- Express Shipping (faster delivery, rates calculated at checkout)
United States
- Standard International Shipping
- Express International Shipping Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Please note that international shipments may require additional customs documentation. Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total and are assessed by your local customs authority.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
